Mr. Watson began his law career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Pulaski County, Arkansas. Assigned to handle domestic violence and sexual assault cases, Jeremy prosecuted the most serious felony offenses including rapes, child abuse, and murder. After moving to Dallas to begin his private practice, Mr. Watson spent the next 9 years honing his skills primarily as a civil trial lawyer before opening his own law offices in 2008. Jeremy is licensed to practice law in the state courts of Arkansas and Texas, and in all federal trial and appellate courts in both states. He has handled both civil and criminal suits in both states, and has successfully obtained jury verdicts as well as favorable settlement agreements for numerous clients in counties across the state of Texas and in Arkansas.

With over 10 years in the courtroom, Mr. Watson is a capable and skilled attorney with a wide range of experience. He has helped clients in personal injury cases, collection matters, medical malpractice cases, labor and employment disputes, product liability matters, construction litigation, lease and real estate disputes, and contract and commercial cases as well. For the last 8 years, an increasing portion of his work has been before the probate courts of Texas. With wide ranging jurisdiction over wills and estates, guardianships, and related matters, Mr. Watson’s probate litigation practice regularly takes him before the statutory probate courts in Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, and Harris Counties.

T. Jeremy Watson graduated magna cum laude from Auburn University with dual majors in 1994. He went on to obtain his law degree with honors from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law in 1997. Even during law school, Jeremy focused on trial work, and was awarded the prestigious and nationally recognized Order of the Barristers for excellence in trial advocacy.
